Saquish Golden Retrievers has been breeding quality Golden Retrievers since 1977. What started as one family's love for the breed has grown into a dedicated preservation breeding program — not a business built to produce as many puppies as possible. Our commitment to keeping the golden retriever true to what it was always meant to be: sound in body, steady in temperament, and built for a lifetime alongside the people who love them.
Our Philosophy
We're proud members of the Golden Retriever Club of America and the Yankee Golden Retriever Club. Every breeding decision we make is deliberate — weighed against health clearances, temperament, structure, and pedigree, never convenience or demand. Preservation breeding means thinking generations ahead, not just about the next litter.
